Deliveries: Monday to Saturday (courier-dependent)

We are not able to dispatch or deliver on public holidays.

We estimate 1-2 working days for dispatch. However, please be advised that during busy periods, dispatch times might be slightly longer.  

Within the UK, we ship mostly with EVRI, Royal Mail and DHL. However, we reserve the right to use other couriers instead. When possible and required, we use tracked services. You will find your order’s dispatch details in the dispatch notification email, which you’ll receive once your items had been shipped. Please note that the tracking number may show as 'invalid' until the next working day. If you provided a phone number, you may receive a text notification from the carrier about your scheduled delivery.  

At times, we offer pre-orders for popular items that are temporarily out of stock.

Pre-order shipping estimates are provided on each product page. While we always strive to dispatch pre-orders as quickly as possible, these timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed.

We're sorry to hear this! Although very rare, issues with deliveries are very frustrating for us. Please check your tracking information (that you received in an email from us), check with your neighbours or in any safe place your order could have been left in.
