Refund policy
All engraved necklaces are made to order and are non-refundable. You can cancel your order until you submit your photos to us, however no cancellations will be accepted once the artwork has been sent to us.
When submitting your photo and/or engraving text, please ensure the correct spelling. The text will be engraved exactly as you request it, including any capitalisations and spacing. Once your photo and or/text have been submitted to us, we won't be able to accept any changes.

Faulty or damaged products
Our necklaces are made and engraved to the highest quality and standards. In case of any issues, please get in touch with us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Please note that we are not liable if your engraving was requested with spelling or punctuation mistakes. We don't accept claims as a result of misuse.
