Step 1: Choose the colour of your necklace
Choose one of the 3 colours: silver, gold or rose gold.
The necklace can be engraved on one or both sides, either with pictures or with text. Maximum 20 characters are available for text engraving.
Step 2: Place your order
At this stage you don't have to send us any artwork or text! Simply complete your purchase in our online shop and voilá!
Step 3: Choose your drawing / picture / text for engraving
This is probably the hardest part! Choose artwork, print or text you would like to have engraved on your necklace. It can be anything special to you: your child's drawing, their handprints, footprints, pet's paw print... Anything meaningful to you!
Take a photo or scan it and email it to us at hello@joizi.com.
If you ordered a 2-sided engraving, make sure to send us 2 pictures. If you ordered a necklace with text engraving on reverse, also include it in your email.
Step 4: Leave the rest to us!
You absolutely don't need to worry about editing your picture. Our team will prepare it to ensure the best quality engraving.
We might have to crop or edit photos to get the best result for you!
Please allow 7 working days for your personalised necklace to be engraved once we receive and process your pictures. Your order will then be dispatched by Royal Mail and delivered within the timeline specified at check out (1-3 working days for express delivery and 3-5 working days for standard delivery).
Picture requirements:
- For best results, choose drawings with clear lines
- Please keep the size of the necklace in mind when selecting your drawings/pictures (1.5cm in diameter, fine details may not show)
- Ideally, use pictures drawn on white background
- If you wish to have just a specific part of the drawing/picture engraved, please let us know, we'll be happy to help!
How to take good photos of your drawing:
- Make sure the light is even - natural light works best
- Position your phone/camera at the same angle as your drawing
- Make sure your phone/camera is in focus as otherwise, your picture will come out blurry
For peace of mind, you can take a few photos of your artwork, send them to us and we'll choose the best one!
If you prefer, you can scan your drawing instead. Simply look for a free scanner app on your phone, if you don't already have one!
